Together, as the nation watches, we are changing Louisiana’s image and setting the gold standard for ethics. We’re off to a great start, but there is still more work to do.
In the second special session, we begin creating new jobs by lowering business taxes so our young people, our sons and daughters, do not have to leave Louisiana to pursue their dreams – and so that others who have already left our state can at last come home. We also invested millions from the state surplus in better roads.
On March 31, the regular legislative session kicks off with new battles, including the budget bill and workforce development. Reform will be under attack. We need you again to achieve victory -and we will need money.
