At 1:00 today, Governor Bobby Jindal will open the regular legislative session.  (You can watch the proceedings on WLPB Public Television.)   Unlike the special sessions where the agenda is set by the Governor, there are thousands of bills which have been introduced by legislators.  There are even bills attempting to change what was done in the recent special session on ethics.  We must remain alert and ready to fight back attempts to thwart reforms and progress made.  We need your continued help.

We will ALERT you to specific battles ahead, but if you would like to follow the calendar or specific bills - or bills by a specific legislator - you can do a word search on the text of all bills for topics of interest to you.

The battle for change in our state rages on.  We must not quit now.  We want to thank you and all the citizens who have joined "BELIEVE IN LOUISIANA" to make a difference.  We greatly appreciate those who have already donated to this effort online.
